It is with great pleasure and excitement that we welcome you to the home of The Zachary John O'Neill Memorial Foundation! The foundation has been developed and established through a lot of time and effort put in by our Officers and Board of Directors.

When we lost Zach suddenly in June of 2013, a group of people came together in the weeks and months that followed and were compelled to ensure that something positive would come out of this tragedy.  After seeing how many people's lives had been positively affected by his life, it was apparent we needed to take action to ensure that this wouldn't be lost.  Through the work of the foundation, we will preserve his spirit and make sure that his life contnues to have a positive impact on our community.

The Zachary John O'Neill Memorial Foundation is a Non-profit, 501(c)3 Tax-Exempt organization that works to provide scholarships through the Allegheny County Police Academy and the Quaker Valley High School Football program.  These two organizations meant a great deal to Zach and we're proud to be able to support individuals that share his drive and committment to these two organizations by providing these scholarships in his memory.
